Can I return a personalized item?
All customized or personalized items are final sale. Because these products are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once production has begun, except where required by law or when JAM determines that the item arrived defective, damaged, incorrectly produced, or materially different from your confirmed order.
